It wasn't a great weekend, it had been another terrible week at work, and the weekends results were dire to say the least.
The best of the golf was a second place for Tommy Fleetwood, and Ben Linfoot could not muster a winner from a 3 bets on Saturday and 3 at the Arc Meeting. The rugby was pretty poor as Featherstone were comprehensively beaten by Leigh, and I kind of didn't enjoy the mammoth drinking session either. It was however good to spend some time with my brother Mark.
Having suffered such a bad weekend, I think its probably time to take a break for the rest of 2014. I am going to give it one last go for the Cesarewitch Handicap this Saturday and then I'm done until 2015. I've kind of got to the situation when I need to think about the future and try to get my finances in decent order.
